摘　　要：目的:观察蛋黄油湿敷对会阴伤口的影响。方法:选取经阴道分娩会阴有伤口的产妇200例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。观察组产妇会阴擦洗后用蛋黄油纱布湿敷伤口30min,对照组产妇用50%硫酸镁纱布湿敷30min。结果:观察组疼痛持续时间、伤口愈合时间、VAS评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组瘢痕及色素沉着发生情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:蛋黄油纱布湿敷可以减轻会阴伤口疼痛,缩短疼痛持续时间,加速伤口愈合,减少色素沉着及瘢痕形成。Objective： To observe the influence of wet compressing of egg oil on perineum wound. Methods： 200 puerperants with perineum wound due to delivery were randomized into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group. Observation group were given wet compressing of egg oil on the wound for 30 min after washing,while control group were given wet compressing of 50% Magnesium Sulfate Gauze for 30 min. Results： The time of pain duration,wound healing time,VAS scores in observation group were better than these in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. The occurrence condition of scar and chromatosis in observation group was better than that in control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Wet compressing of egg oil can relieve the pain perineum wound,shorten the pain duration time,accelerate wound healing,decrease the formation of scar and chromatosis.
