少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经39例

摘　　要：目的:观察服用少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经的临床疗效。方法:选择76例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为对照组37例和观察组39例,对照组在月经来潮前4 d用中药汤剂少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗,每日1剂,每剂分早晚2次服用,用至痛止或连用7 d;观察组在对照组基础上加用针灸治疗,每日1次,每次30 min,用至痛止或连续针灸7 d。下个月经周期均再重复以上治疗方案。结果:两组患者治疗2个月经周期、3个月经周期后分别与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;同一时间节点,观察组与对照组比较,P值均<0.05,差异有统计学意义;治疗3个月经周期后,对照组总有效率94.59%,观察组总有效率97.44,2组对比,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Decoction in combination with acupuncture therapy on dysmenorrhea of endometrium ectopia. Methods： Seventy-six patients with endometrium ectopia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 and 39 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Variant Decoction 4 days before menstruation,one agent a day which was taken twice in the morning and in the evening until pain stopped or for 7 days continuously,while the ones in the observation group were added acupuncture therapy based on the treatment of the control group,once a day and 30 minutes each time until pain stopped or for 7 days continuously. The above treatment program was repeated during the next menstrual cycle. Results： Compared with before the treatment,the differences after 2 menstrual cycle＇s treatment and 3 menstrual cycle＇s treatment respectively of each group had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. At the same time point,all the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（ all P〈 0. 05）. After 3 menstrual cycle＇s treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 94. 59%,while that of the observation group was 97. 44%; And the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Lower Abdominal Stasis Expelling Decoction in combination with acupuncture therapy has remarkable clinical curative effect on dysmenorrhea of endometrium ectopia.
