针刺治疗不随意运动型小儿脑瘫临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺治疗不随意运动型小儿脑瘫的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年4月本院不随意运动型小儿脑瘫的68例,随机分为对照组31例和治疗组33例,对照组行常规康复法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上进行督脉及夹脊穴的针刺治疗,治疗周期均为3个月。结果:治疗后,治疗组的GMFM及Barthel指数评分结果明显优于对照组的评分结果(P<0.05);而两组患者治疗后GMFM及Barthel指数评分明显优于治疗前,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗不随意运动型小儿脑瘫疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture on infantile cerebral palsy of involuntary movement.Methods： Sixty-eight patients with infantile cerebral palsy of involuntary movement who were treated in our hospital between March of 2014 and April of 2015 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 31 and33 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine recovery training,while the ones in the treatment group were added acupuncture on governing vessel and Jiaji（ Ex-B2） based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. Results： After the treatment,GMFM and Barthel index score were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. And there were obvious statistical differences in GMFM and Barthel index score before and after the treatment（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture has remarkable clinical curative effect on infantile cerebral palsy of involuntary movement.
