摘  要:文章对二次再热超超临界汽轮机阀门分流板的制造方案进行了新的探索,研究了阀门分流板温压成型相关原理、工艺设计、模具设计等,掌握了阀门分流板温压成型过程的控制重点与难点,设计出了合理的成型模具及成型工艺参数,并在实际生产中进行了试制,温压成型分流板截面尺寸、表面质量满足设计要求,节约了原材料及机加工费用。A new exploration of the manufacturing method for the double-reheat ultra-supercritical steam turbine valve's flow distribution plate was made in this paper. The principle, process design and mould design of compaction by warm-pressing of the valve's flow distribution plate were studied. Key points and difficulties in the process of the compaction by warm-pressing were mastered. The reasonable forming mould and forming process parameter were designed, and through the actual production in the trial, section size and surface quality of the valve's flow distribution plate met the design requirement, and raw materials and machining costs were saved.
