摘 要:为充分开发和利用二次资源,对铅银渣进行试验研究。渣中银品位为158.3 g/t,金品位为1.02 g/t,具有较高的回收价值。铅银渣具有水分大、可溶物含量高,粒度较细等特点。试验采用硫酸化焙烧—洗涤—磨矿后浮选的工艺,当硫酸用量为2.0 kg/t,焙烧温度为800℃,焙烧时间为4 h,磨矿细度-44μm含量占90%,T19用量为2.0 kg/t,硫酸铜用量为400g/t,酯-30用量为300 g/t时,进行闭路试验。经过一次粗选、一次精选、一次扫选、中矿单独处理的闭路流程,可获得银品位为1 755.48 g/t,银回收率为84.17%的银精矿,银精矿中金的品位为12.16 g/t,金回收率为90.52%的较好指标,实现了铅银渣的综合利用。In order to develop and utilizes secondary resources fully,we do experimental study on lead-silver residue. Lead-silver residue with the grade of silver is 158. 3 g / t,gold is 1. 02 g / t,having a high recovery value.With the characteristics of lead-silver residue has high moisture,high soluble matter content,and fine particle size.Using sulfatizing roasting-washing-flotation technology,and with the amount of sulfuric acid for 2. 0 kg / t,roasting temperature for 800 ℃,roasting time for 4 h,grinding fineness for 44 μm 90%,T19 dosage for 2. 0 kg / t,copper sulfate dosage for 400 g / t,ester-30 dosage for 300 g / t,closed-circuit experiment was carried out. Through the one roughing,one cleaning,one scavenging of a closed-circuit process,middling selected alone,can obtain good silver concentrate index with the grade of silver for 1 755. 48 g / t,the silver recovery was 84. 17%,with the grade of gold for 12. 16 g / t,the gold recovery was 90. 52%,realized the comprehensive recovery of lead-silver residue.
