摘 要:某铁尾矿含钨0.93%,锡0.35%,矿物组成复杂,嵌布粒度细,且含易浮脉石较多,回收困难。针对此难选矿样进行了钨、锡浮选回收试验研究。确定了最佳药剂用量为碳酸钠4.0 kg/t,水玻璃+淀粉2.5+2.5 kg/t,油酸+苯甲羟肟酸1.0+1.4 kg/t,获得了钨精矿含WO360.13%、钨回收率58.38%,锡精矿含锡21.08%、锡回收率44.87%。A iron tailings contain tungsten 0. 93% and tin 0. 35%,which fine particle size distribution,the mineral component of this ore is complex and existence of easy-floting silica mineral,so it is difficult to recover the remaining scheelite and cassiterite from the tailings. A test study on recovering tungsten and tin has been done for the tailings sample. According to the conditional test results,the optimal reagents regime was conducted( Na_2CO34. 0 kg / t,silicate sodium 2. 5 kg / t and starch 2. 5 kg / t,oleic acid 1. 0 kg / t and benzohydroxamic acid 1. 4 kg / t).The tungsten concentrate grading 60. 13% WO_3 with recovery of 58. 38%,and tin concentrate grading 21. 08% Sn with recovery of 44. 87% were obtained by the closed-circuit test.
