摘 要:目的探讨不同葡萄糖浓度下人牙龈成纤维细胞的生长情况。方法采用体外模型,观察在不同葡萄糖浓度(5.5,7,8.8,10,15及20 mmol/L)细胞培养液中人牙龈成纤维细胞在24 h、3 d、7 d时细胞形态及生长增殖情况。结果当葡萄糖浓度低于8.8 mmol/L时,细胞形态规则,对照组、A组、B组及C组间细胞增殖无明显差异;当浓度高于10 mmol/L时,D组、E组及F组细胞形态呈现不规则,各组增殖能力明显受到抑制。结论高浓度的葡萄糖能够影响人牙龈成纤维细胞的形态,并可抑制其增殖。Objective To investigate the growth of human gingival fibroblasts under different concentrations of glucose. Methods The in vitro models were established. The morphology and proliferation of the human gingival fibroblasts in different concentrations of glucose solution(5.5, 7, 8.8, 10, 15 and 20 mmol/L) at 24 h, 3 d and 7 d were determined. Results When the glucose concentration was lower than 8.8 mmol/L, the cell morphology was regular,and there was no significant difference in the proliferation among the control group, group A, group B, and group C.When the glucose concentration was higher than 10 mmol/L, the cell morphology in group D, group E and group F was irregular, and cell proliferation in each group was significantly inhibited. Conclusion High concentration of glucose may affect the morphology of human gingival fibroblasts and inhibit their proliferation.
