摘　　要：国家利益是一国外交政策的基础。纷纭复杂的外交问题如果以国家利益为焦点便可以理得有条有理,只有用国家利益的概念才能解释国家及其政府的行为。本文通过对国家利益这一概念的厘定,分析战后美国的国家利益及确立依据,阐述国家利益对美国外交政策的影响。National interests are the foundation of foreign policy.The numerous and complicated foreign policy issues will become orderly with the focus of national interests.lt is the concept of national interests that interprets the behaviors of the states and govemments.The essay will analyze the postwar American national interests and the basis of how to define national interests by the stipulation of national interests.And finally the essay demonstrated how national interests influence American foreign policy.
