摘  要:根据挂壁式空调系统的物理结构和功能要求,将其抽象为由子系统、单元、组件和零部件构成的整体;分别建立了基于功能结构与逻辑关系的系统制冷功能和制热功能的可靠度分析计算数学模型,并将二者综合获得系统可靠度的预测与分配模型;将该模型应用于某型挂壁式空调系统可靠度的预测,系统正常使用状态下的预测结果与直接应用售后故障数据的估计结果进行比较的累计故障概率最大相对误差小于10%,可靠度最大相对误差小于1%,验证了所建模型的准确性和有效性。According to the physical structure of a G-type air-conditioning system and the requirements of its functions,it is abstracted to be composed of subsystems,units,assemblies and parts.The mathematic models of cooling and heating function reliability are respectively established based on the function structure and logic relationship.Furthermore,the reliability prediction and allocation model of air conditioning system is derived by integrating the two models.The model is then applied to obtain the reliability prediction of some air conditioning system,and compared with the estimated results by the field failure data from customer service.The comparison result indicates that the maximum relative error of reliability is less than 1%,and maximum relative error of the cumulative failure probability is less than 10% for the normal state air conditioners.Thus,it verifies and confirms the accuracy and effectiveness of the model.
