针刺配合中药治疗胆囊术后综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合中药治疗胆囊术后综合征的临床疗效。方法将100例胆囊术后综合征患者随机分为治疗组52例和对照组48例。治疗组采用针刺背俞穴和下合穴配合中药治疗,对照组采用药物治疗。比较两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为98.1%,对照组为85.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺配合中药是一种治疗胆囊术后综合征的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Chinese medication in treating postcholecystectomy syndrome（PCS）. Method A hundred PCS patients were randomized into a treatment group of 52 cases and a control group of 48 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at the back-Shu points and lower He-sea points plus Chinese medication, while the control group was by medication. The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 98.1% in the treatment group versus 85.4% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（p〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus Chinese medication is an effective method in treating PCS.
