摘  要:目的观察电针刺激不同穴位对水杨酸钠耳鸣模型大鼠听性脑干诱发电位(ABR)的影响。方法将41只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组(Saline组)、水杨酸钠模型组(SA组)、电针听宫+翳风组(EA组)、电针外关+中渚组(AA组)和电针足三里+三阴交组(LA组),其中Saline组5只,其余每组9只。按275 mg/kg体重腹腔注射水杨酸钠造模,生理盐水对照组注射对应体积生理盐水。电针穴位各组在造模后30 min分别电针双侧听宫(SI19)+翳风(TE17)、外关(TE5)+中渚(TE3)、足三里(ST36)+三阴交(SP6),持续时间为30 min。分别于造模前、造模后连续5 h每隔1 h记录1次ABR。诱导声为短声Click及频率分别为4 k Hz、8 k Hz、16 k Hz、32 k Hz的短纯音。以ABR阈值为考察指标。结果 Click声条件下,SA组、EA组、AA组和LA组造模后1-5 h ABR阈值与Saline组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。EA组和AA组造模后2-5 h ABR阈值与SA组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。LA组造模后1 h ABR阈值与SA组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。SA组、EA组、AA组和LA组造模后1-5 h在4 k Hz、8 k Hz及16 k Hz条件下ABR阈值与Saline组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。SA组、AA组和LA组造模后1-5 h在32 k Hz条件下ABR阈值与Saline组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在4 k Hz条件下,EA组造模后2-5 h ABR阈值与SA组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);AA组造模后4-5 h ABR阈值与SA组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在8 k Hz条件下,EA组和AA组造模后2-5 h ABR阈值与SA组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在16 k Hz条件下,EA组造模后2、4、5 h ABR阈值与SA组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。在32 k Hz条件下,EA组造模后1-5 h ABR阈值与SA组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论电针耳周�Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture at different points on auditory brainstem response(ABR) in a rat model of sodium salicylate-induced tinnitus. Method Forty-one male Wistar rats were randomly allocated to saline control(saline), sodium salicylate model(SA), electroacupuncture at Tinggong+Yifeng(EA), electroacupuncture at Waiguan+Zhongzhu(AA) and electroacupuncture at Zusanli+Sanyinjiao(LA) groups. The saline group consisted of five rats and each of the other groups, nine rats. The model was made by intraperitoneal injection of sodium salicylate 275 mg/kg. The saline control group was injected with a corresponding volume of saline. Various acupointelectroacupuncture groups were given electroacupuncture at bilateral Tinggong+Yifeng, Waiguan+Zhongzhu and Zusanli+Sanyinjiao, respectively, at 30 min after model making. Electroacupuncture lasted 30 min. The ABRs were recorded before model making and once every one hour for five consecutive hours after model making. The stimulus sounds were short clicks and tone bursts of frequencies of 4, 8, 16 and 32 k Hz. The ABR threshold was used as an assessment index. Results Under the condition of clicks, there was a statistically significant difference in the ABR threshold at one to five hours after model making between the SA, EA, AA or LA group and the saline group(p〈0.05), at two to five hours after model making between the EA or AA group and the SA group(p〈0.05) and at one hour after model making between the LA and SA groups(p〈0.05). Under the conditions of 4, 8 and 16 k Hz, there was a statistically significant difference in the ABR threshold at one to five hours after model making between the SA, EA, AA or LA group and the saline group(p〈0.05). Under the condition of 32 k Hz, there was a statistically significant difference in the ABR threshold at one to five hours after model making between the SA, AA or LA group and the saline group(p〈0.05).
