摘 要:提出交错并联磁集成Boost变换器的八种不同工作模式,包括两种连续导通模式(CCM)、两种临界导通模式(CRM)和四种非连续导通模式(DCM),并计算了各工作模式下的等效电感。在各模式中分析变换器的稳态相电流纹波、总输入电流纹波,并进一步得到各模式之间转换时的负载电流值(即负载电流边界值条件)。通过分析变换器的各工作模式,从而得到电压增益、相电流纹波及总输入电流与占空比、耦合系数之间的关系。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性。Aiming at perfecting present design theory of the interleaving and magnetically integrated bidirectional DC / DC converter,two-phase interleaving magnetically integrated Buck + Boost bidirectional DC / DC converter was studied as an example. Interleaved Boost converter with integrated magnetics in eight different operating modes is proposed,including two kinds of continuous conduction mode( CCM),two kinds of critical conduction mode( CRM) and four kinds of discontinuous conduction mode( DCM),and the equivalent inductance of the working mode is calculated. The steady state phase current ripple and the total input current ripple in each mode are analyzed. And the converted load current values between each mode at switching( the boundary value condition of the load current) are obtained. Through the analysis of each mode of the converter,the relationship between voltage gain,the phase current ripple,and the total input current,and the duty cycle,and the coupling coefficient is obtained. Finally,The theory was verified by experiment and simulation results.
