摘 要:研究含广义电源的主动配电网多目标优化规划问题,将分布式电源的有功出力和电容器组的无功出力及其对应安装位置作为控制变量,建立综合考虑广义电源投资效益、网络损耗及系统电压偏差指标的多目标优化数学模型。提出一种广义电源多目标优化规划方法,该方法以粒子群算法作为载体,且在优化过程中引入快速非支配排序策略、精英保留策略和拥挤距离计算策略用于处理多目标优化问题。对IEEE-33节点配电系统进行计算,分析不同负荷水平下的广义电源最佳规划方案。仿真表明,广义电源的合理规划能有效减少主动配电网网络损耗,提高系统运行电压水平,同时表明本文方法能够为决策者提供可供选择的多样性解,有助于实际工程应用。The multi-objective optimization problems of generalized power( GP) in active distribution network( ADN) is researched in this paper. During the process,the active and reactive power of GPs and the related installation position are selected as control variables. Considering the factor of investment benefit,network loss and voltage level,a multi-objective optimization planning model is established. According to the particle swarm algorithm,a multi-objective optimization algorithm of GPs is proposed to solve the optimal model. In order to handle multi-objective optimization problem,the strategies of fast non-dominated sorting,elitism and crowding distance are adopted in this paper. Finally,the model and algorithm are tested by IEEE-33 node to analyze the optimal allocation scheme of GPs under different load levels. The simulation result shows that with GPs reasonable access to ADN,the network loss is decreased and the voltage level is improved,and the proposed algorithm can provide multiple solutions for decision makers,which is helpful to the practical application of engineering.
