摘　　要：以国内某太阳能热水器静置生产线项目为平台,设计开发了一套基于西门子TIA Portal和工业以太网的自动控制系统。提出利用先进的工业通信网络和技术来组建控制系统,并提出了一套上位监控方案。工程实践表明,该系统大幅提高了静置线的运行效率,自动化程度较高。In this paper,a set of automatic control system based on SIEMENS TIA Portal and industrial ethernet is developed,which is based on the domestic production line project of a solar water heater. A set of control system is put forward,which is based on advanced industrial communication network and technology. The engineering practice shows that the system greatly improves the operation efficiency and the automation degree is high.
