摘 要:目的:探讨内脂素,瘦素在甲状腺功能减退症患者血清中的变化,二者与甲状腺激素及其他脂代谢的关系。方法:选取来本院就诊的甲状腺功能减退症患者30例,同时期的健康体检者30例,空腹采血并检测血糖,甘油三脂,胆固醇,高密度脂蛋白,低密度脂蛋白,促甲状腺素,甲状腺激素(T_3,T_4,FT_3,FT_4),采用ELISA法检测内脂素、瘦素水平,计算体重指数(BMI)值,并分析与各代谢指标的关系。结果:内脂素与瘦素水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。相关分析显示甲减组内脂素与瘦素呈正相关(r=0.955,P<0.01)。瘦素与TSH,TG,TC呈正相关(P<0.05);内脂素与TSH呈正相关,(P<0.05)。结论:内脂素和瘦素可能参与甲状腺功能减退患者脂代谢的调节。Objective: To study the changes in the level of visfatin,leptin in blood of patients havingwith hypothyroidism; and to find the relationship between visfatin,leptin,thyroid hormone,other lipid metabolic factors.Method: 60 individuals in our hospital were selected. 30 of them were patients who have hypothyroidism and the other 30 patients came for health check up fasting venous blood was taken from them for the detection of glucose,triglyceride,cholesterol,high- density lipoprotein cholesterol( hdl- c). Low- density lipoprotein cholestero( ldl- c),TSH,thyroid hormone( T3,T4,FT3,FT4),visfatin and leptin levels were detected by using ELISA method,Bbody mass index( BMI) was also calculated. Then we analyzedse their relationship with various metabolic factors.Results: Vvisfatin and leptin levels in patients havingwith hypothyroidism were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant. Correlation analysis showed that visfatin and leptin wereas positively related in hypothyroidism group( r = 0. 955,P〈0. 01). Leptin and TSH,TG,TC were positive correlation( P〈0. 05). Visfatin was positively correlated with TSH( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: visfatin and leptin may have a regulatory role in hypothyroidism's lipid metabolism.
