摘  要:目的:探讨骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)患者骨髓中SALL4mRNA表达及其临床意义。方法:通过RT-PCR方法分别检测13例难治性贫血患者(MDS-RA)、27例难治性贫血伴原始细胞增多患者(MDS-RAEB)和11例正常对照组骨髓单个核细胞(BMMNC)中SALL4mRNA表达情况,并比较MDS-RA和MDS-RAEB之间的表达差异。结果:MDS患者骨髓中SALL4 mRNA表达均明显高于正常对照,且MDS-RAEB表达量高于MDS-RA,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:SALL4mRNA基因可能参与了MDS的发病,MDS-RA和MDS-RAEB之间的SALL4基因表达差异可能提示2者的发病机制的不同。Objective: To investigate the expression of SALL4 mRNA and its clinical significance on myelodysplastic syndrome( MDS) patients with bone marrow SALL4 mRNA Expression and clinical significance. Methods:RT- PCR,13 cases were detected in patients with refractory anemia( MDS- RA).,27 patients with refractory anemia with excess blasts in patients( MDS- RAEB) and 11 cases of normal bone marrow mononuclear cells( BMMNC) in SALL4 mRNA expression and compared expression differences between MDS- RA and MDS-RAEB betwee. Results: SALL4 mRNA expression in MDS patients were significantly higher than that in the control group.,a And MDS- RAEB higher expression of MDS- RA, the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: SALL4 mRNA gene may be involved in the pathogenesis of MDS,SALL4 gene expression between differences MDS- RA and MDS- RAEB may suggest different pathogenesis. between two persons may suggest different pathogenesis.
