摘　　要：人工耳蜗是一种可以帮助听力障碍人士恢复听力和言语交流能力的生物医学工程装置,经过40多年的发展,30多万重度耳聋患者因人工耳蜗植入的成功告别了无声世界。精准的术前评估可以挽救绝望的患者,避免无效手术。高超的手术技巧可以提高手术效果,减少并发症的发生;未来更为先进的人工耳蜗技术,将为更多的人群带来更完美的听觉解决方案。Cochlear can help the hearing-loss to restore their aural and oral communication abilities, during the last 40 years, more than 30 million severe deafness patients return to the sound world because of the success of the cochlear implant. Accurate preoperative assessment can save desperate patients and avoid ineffective surgery. Superb surgical techniques can improve the operation effect and reduce the complication occurrence; In the future, emerging of more advanced CI, will bring more people more perfect hearing solutions.
