摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展,医院使用的灭菌设备更新换代,由原始的高温煮沸到高温蒸汽消毒,再有压力蒸汽灭菌器的出现,但压力蒸汽灭菌器真空排出差,升温速度慢,容易出现冷气,物品除出需要晾干,蒸汽耗量大,灭菌时间长,故逐渐被脉动真空灭菌器替代。本文介绍笔者多年来对该型号脉动蒸汽灭菌器从质量检测、故障处理、维护保养方面的心得与经验,供临床参考。With the development of science and technology, the upgrading of sterilization equipment used in hospitals, by boiling the original to the high temperature steam sterilizing, and pressure steam sterilizer appeared, but the pressure steam sterilizer vacuum exhaust and travel, heating speed is slow, prone to cold, in addition to the need to dry goods, large amount of steam consumption, sterilization time is long, so the gradually the pulsating vacuum sterilizer substitution.
