摘 要:利用三因素三水平正交试验,采集集宁区郭亮村西北低洼地段土样,运用MIA-6型常规仪器分析工作站直接测定土壤混浊液pH,通过直观分析和方差分析选取最佳土壤pH测定条件为土水比1:1,温度25°C,搅拌时间1min。将本测定法与国家规定pH测定法测定比较,通过F、t统计分析,两种测定方法存在显著差异,此法更能准确反映土壤酸碱情况。Using three-factor-and-three-level orthogonal experiment, the soil at the low places at Guoliang village was collected. The p H values of the soil samples at low place of Guoliang village were detected by the MIA-6 conventional instruments. The optical test conditions of the soil p H values were a combination of the water-soil ratio 1:1, the temperature of 25°C and the mixing time—1 min after the direct and variance. Compared with the national standard method, there were significant differences between two methods by F-test and T-test, which will reflect the acidity and alkalinity of soil accurately.
