摘　　要：被动式建筑是集现代建筑设计、技术、材料、施工为一体的先进建筑模式,是目前世界上最先进的节能建筑之一。本文针对中国建筑科学研究院被动式建筑近零能耗示范楼智慧能源管理系统的建设及用能情况进行了描述,除对监测的数据进行在线分析,对用能情况进行统计汇总、比对,对用能异常等情况进行自动报警外,还将专家的经验转换为软件的规则对用能设备的运行状况自动进行故障诊断及系统优化运行提示,充分挖掘数据的价值,指导系统高效节能运行。The passive construction is modern architecture design, technical, materials, construction as one of the advanced construction pattern, is currently one of the most advanced energy-saving building in the world. Based on passive building China construction science research institute near zero energy consumption of building intelligent energy management system for the construction of the demonstration and energy-using situation are described, in addition to online analysis of monitoring data, statistical summary, comparison of energy-using situation to automatic alarm can use exceptions, and so on and so forth, will also be the expert＇s experience into the rules of the software for energy-using equipment running status of automatic fault diagnosis and system optimization operation, fully tap the value of data, high efficiency and energy saving operation guidance system.
