早期闭合性软组织损伤的护理分析

摘　　要：目的探讨早期闭合性软组织损伤的护理,以供参考。方法临床研究对象是我院2014年6月至2015年5月收治的早期闭合性软组织损伤患者100例,其分组原则随机。A组护理的方式为传统常规护理,B组护理的方式为综合性护理。对两组患者治愈率、满意率、情绪状况、生活质量和疼痛情况进行评估。结果经过数据统计发现,B组情绪状况、生活质量和疼痛情况均明显优于A组,治愈率和满意率明显高于A组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论采用综合性护理模式干预对早期闭合性软组织损伤患者作用显著,可提高治愈率,改善患者不良情绪带来的应激,减少疼痛感,有助于患者生活质量和满意度的提升,值得推广。Objective To investigate the nursing of early closed soft tissue injury in order to provide reference. Methods 100 cases of early closed soft tissue injury in our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015,group was divided according to the random grouping principle. Group A received the traditional routine nursing,and group B received comprehensive nursing. The cure rate,satisfaction rate,emotional state,quality of life and pain of the two groups were evaluated. Results After collected the statistics,the emotional status,quality of life and pain in group B were significantly better than those in group A,the cure rate and satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in group A,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the cure rate and reduce the pain of patients with negative emotions,improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
