摘  要:本文针对广州起义路渠箱结构性非开挖修复方案进行比选,确定采用spraymq结构性喷涂修复方案经济技术最优。采用有限元对结构性喷涂修复渠箱计算的结果表明,采用高力学性能喷涂材料对渠箱加固后,渠箱刚度大大增强,应力集中得到大大缓解。文中给出了喷涂工艺的关键工序,明确渠箱采用钢板加固弧形顶面结构、清除侧倾侧墙等预处理措施是保障渠箱结构稳定和断面过流能力的重要措施;渠箱壁面的干燥度是Sprayroq结构性喷涂的关键点,必须予以高度重视。Sprayroq structural spray strengthening technique was adopted by comparisons of several technical plans on economics and technology.The FEM was applied to calculate the repaired structure.And the results showed that the stiffness was greatly enhanced and stress concentration was greatly alleviated by sprayed wall with high mechanical property.The key working procedure was given in details.The important pretreatment measures,such as the top arc structure reinforced by steel plate and removing tilting part of side wall,can guarantee structural stability and water flow capacity,the wall dry degree of tunnel is the most important factor for the sprayroq technique.
