数字医疗康复技术在悬吊运动治疗(SET)慢性非特异性下背痛中的应用研究

摘  要:目的探讨悬吊运动治疗慢性非特异性下背痛的量效关系。方法:运用数字医疗康复技术构建健康人标准多裂肌数据库与虚拟模型。将慢性非特异性下背痛分为治疗组与对照组。2组采用相同的悬吊运动疗法。对照组治疗时遵循无痛原则,治疗组用超声波成像采集多裂肌横切面积等数据,将数据导入软件建立患者腰部多裂肌虚拟模型,对照健康人标准数据与虚拟模型,调整悬吊运动治疗量。结果:治疗组患者多裂肌横切面积与虚拟模型接近健康人快于对照组,视觉模拟评分、改良Oswe-stry功能障碍指数评价优于对照组。结论:运用数字医疗康复技术能规范悬吊运动治疗慢性非特异性下背痛的治疗量,避免在治疗部位和治疗强度上的盲目性,提高悬吊运动的疗效。Objective To investigate the curative effect of Sling exercise therapy treatment of chronic nonspecitic low back pain,Methods: The application of digital medical rehabilitation technology to build healthy person standard multi fidus database and virtualmodel. Chronic nonspeeifie low back pain were divided into treatment group and control group. The two groups using the same sling exer-cise therapy. Following the principle of control group when treatment is painless, treatment group with ultrasonic imaging aequisition of themulti fidus cress - sectional area and other data, Import data into the software established in patients with lumbar multi fidus virtual mod-el, The control of healthy people standard data and the virtual model, adjust the amount of sling exercise therapy. Results: The treatmentgroup patients the multifidus cross - sectional area and the virtual model close faster than the control group of healthy people, visual ana-logue scale, oswestry disability indexevaluation improvement than the control group. Conclusions : The application of digital medical re-habilitation technology can regulate the amount of Sling Exercise Therapy in treatment of chronic nonspecitic low back pain, avoid blind-ness at the treatment site and treatment intensity, improve the curative effect of suspension movement.
