静簧自动插装设备联机切断模设计

摘　　要：采用带料为载体的生产方式,设计了某继电器静簧部分生产与自动化插装的工艺流程,通过切断模实现了部件生产与自动化插装的联接。介绍了静簧部件"带料冲制、触点铆接、压弯、切断、插装"各工序相关模具的排样设计以及切断模具的详细设计。采用该方式的设备月产能达100万,节省人工10名,生产过程可靠,产品质量稳定,经济效益良好。Production process of relay static spring component for automatic assembly isdesigned by using the strip method, a cutting die is used to link the component production stepand assembly step. Layout design of dies for spring component＂pre- punching- contactriveting- bending- cutting- assembling＂is introduced and detail design of cutting die isdescribed. The monthly output of machine using this method is 1,000,000 pcs, and 10 employeesare saved. It＇s proved that manufacture process is reliable, product quality is stable, andeconomic benefits is great.
