摘　　要：随着塑件向轻薄方向发展和对外观要求的越来越高,塑件随之产生了很多外观问题需要模具工程师来改善,其中应力产生的塑件外观问题就是其中之一。目前改善对策通常由后续处理工艺来解决,这样不但增加了人力和设备成本,同时由于人为因素造成的不良率也不断上升,现在通过改善模具结构可从根本上解决塑件外观问题,提高了生产效率,降低成本。With the products to develop in the direction of the light and the appearance of moreand more high, injection molding products resulting appearance of many problems need moldengineer to improve, the stress is important the appearance of the problem. The improvementmeasures usually by post processing to processing, not only increase the cost of manpower andequipment, also caused by human factors of the yield is not very ideal. Now through several fromthe mold mechanism to improve the program to improve production efficiency and reduce cost.
