摘　　要：提出了锻模设计和制造方法中所体现的成本理念,介绍了模具设计技术和制造技术在现代模具制造企业中的重要作用,通过对2副锻模设计结构的剖析,讨论了模具设计与制造过程的创新思维问题。The research have put forward a forging die design and manufacturing methods,which are embodied in the concept of cost, whilst introduced the important role of technology offorging die design and manufacture in the modern forging die manufacturing enterprises.Through analyzing the two pairs of forging die structure design, the innovation of the mouldsdesign and manufacturing process has been discussed.
