摘　　要：一种具有空间角度和孔径尺寸的斜孔三通制件,采用万能工具显微镜测量虽能够定量测量出该制件的所有尺寸。但由于检测时间过长,效率很低,还会造成精测设备的损耗和占用,以及检测工序的积压所形成的周期瓶颈。为此,设计和制造了一种综合性快速简易检具。检测内容包容了斜孔三通的角度和孔径公差,从而实现了该制件的快速检测,解决了设备损耗和占用以及检测工序周期的瓶颈问题。A with space angle and aperture size of inclined hole tee parts, using universal toolmicroscope to measure to quantitative measurement of all the dimensions of the parts. Butbecause the detection time is too long, the efficiency is very low,will also result in the loss andoccupancy of the precision test equipment, as well as the formation of the detection process ofthe backlog of the formation of a bottleneck. To this end, the design and manufacture of acomprehensive rapid simple inspection tools. Content detection inclusive of the inclined hole teeangle and diameter tolerance, so as to realize the rapid detection of the parts and solve theequipment loss and the occupation and detection process cycle of the bottleneck problem.
