摘 要:为了保证充电设备的稳定安全运行,设备的实验检测非常重要。根据对现有实验标准的分析和实际运行的调研,介绍了电动汽车充电设施移动检测平台的研究和设计。该成果具有足够宽的电压覆盖范围,能够方便快捷地对整车充电机、分箱式充电机和交流充电桩进行常规检验测试,完全满足充电设施运行检测的需要。不仅使充电设施的运行检验变得方便可操作,提高了充电设施检测效率,而且还大大提高了充电设施运行安全性、稳定性。In order to guarantee stable and safe operation of the charging facilities, facility testing was very important.According to the analysis of the existing test standards and the research of actual running, the research and design of mobile testing platform for electric vehicle charging facilities were introduced. A wide enough voltage coverage was owned, allowing easy and efficient vehicle charging machine. The sub box type charger and AC charge piled routine inspection and testing. The needs of the charging facilities for running the test were completely met. Not only charging facilities operation test was being easy operated and charging facilities detection efficiency was improved,but also charging facilities operation safety and stability were greatly improved.
