摘 要:从沉管隧道施工中的修建干坞及预制管段、沉管隧道的浚挖、管段沉放与连接、基础处理及回填、环境因素、安全管理因素等方面进行风险辨识,结合相关风险评估和管理规范、专家法和隧道实际施工技术,构建沉管隧道施工风险评估系统。确立评估流程,即考虑专家的学术背景、职称和对沉管隧道风险理论掌握程度等因素,定量化专家的权重,根据专家法计算底事件的风险值。将该评估系统应用于港珠澳大桥的水下沉管隧道工程中,根据评估分析结果提出了具体的风险应对措施,为该工程的风险管理提供理论参考。The paper identified the risks in dock building,precasting of tunnel section,tunnel dredging,tube immersion and connection,foundation treatment and backfill as well as the environmental and safety management factors. Construction risk system of immersed tube is built by combining related risk evaluation management specification,expert method and actual construction techniques in tunnels. The evaluation procedure is established by quantifying the weights of the experts with their academic background,titles,expertise in the field and etc. as parameters to calculate the risk value of the bottom incidence. The system has been applied in the construction of underwater im mersed tube tunnel of Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Base on the analysis results,counterm easures for any potential risks and theoretical reference for risk management are provided.
