摘 要:通过36根钢筋在蒸压加气混凝土砌块自保温墙体专用砌筑砂浆中的拉拔试验,划分了构件拉拔荷载与滑移曲线的5个受力阶段;给出了钢筋未屈服拔出和钢筋屈服拔出两种破坏形态,并分析了竖向正应力、砂浆强度等级和钢筋锚固长度等因素对拉结钢筋黏结锚固性能的影响;通过6根预贴电阻应变片的钢筋拉拔试验,量测构件的钢筋应变,计算极限荷载下沿锚固长度的平均黏结应力,分别给出专用砌筑砂浆强度等级为Mb5和Mb10的钢筋界限锚固长度。The paper carried out pullout tests on 36 steel bars in special masonry mortar for walls of insulating layers and autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. By dividing the loading-displacement curve into five stages, it noticed two types of failure forms - namely pullout before the specimen yields and the other way around, and looked into the influence of stress at normal direction, mortar strength and anchorage length, etc. on the bonding-anchoring behaviour of the specimens. The pullout tests on six steel bars with strain gauges attached beforehand helped measure any strain change and enabled the calculation of average adhesive stress along the anchorage length under loading limit. On this basis, the paper provided the length limits for Mb5 and Mbl0 mortars.
