摘  要:[目的]检测植物免疫诱抗剂对番茄灰霉病和早疫病病菌生长的影响,分析其抑菌活性。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法对比多菌灵和5种植物免疫诱抗剂抑菌效果。[结果]5种植物免疫诱抗剂都会抑制早疫病菌生长,效果显著的为吡唑醚菌酯和氨基寡糖素;高浓度香菇多糖促进灰霉病菌的生长,另外4种药剂则具抑制作用,效果明显的为吡唑醚菌酯和植物免疫增产蛋白。[结论]植物免疫诱抗剂对病原菌生长具有不同影响,可为田间应用提供参考。[Aims] The paper aims to test the effect of plant immune inducer on Botrytis cinerea and Alternaria solani growth and to determine the antifungal activities. [Methods] The antifungal effects of carbendazim and five plants immune induces were compared by mycelia lineal growth method. [Results] Five plant immune inducers could inhibit the growth of A. solani, and the efficacies of pyraclostrobin and oligosaccharins were much more obvious. Meanwhile,lentinan with high concentration could promote the growth of B. cinerea, but the growth was inhibited by other four plant immune inducers, in which the pyraclostrobin and plant immune stimulation protein had much more obvious efficacies. [Conclusions] Plant immune inducers have different effects on the growth of pathogenic fungi, which could provide some references for field application.
