软资源分布区位差异下的城镇化:以福建省为例

摘　　要：软资源演化、分布与城镇化之间存在耦合关系。软资源丰富的地区,其人口聚集程度和城镇化率相对较高;软资源欠缺的地区,其人口聚集程度和城镇化率则相对较低。通过选取15个变量构成软资源指标体系,运用因子分析方法测算2011-2013年福建省九个地区综合软资源和各类软资源的指数得分情况,在此基础上进行的实证研究发现,福建省各地区软资源与城镇化发展水平呈正相关,且相关系数逐年升高,软资源与城镇化的耦合越来越紧密,各地区软资源指数聚类分析结果与城镇化率聚类分析结果基本一致,从而印证了福建省各地区软资源与城镇化发展之间存在耦合关系,以及对软资源的保护、开发和利用将促进新型城镇化发展水平提升的基本结论。There is a coupling relationship between the evolution of soft resources and urbanization.In regions rich in soft resources,the population agglomeration degree and the urbanization rate are relatively high,while in regions lack of soft resources,the population aggregation degree and the urbanization rate are relatively low.15 variables were selected to form a soft resource index system,and the factor analysis method was used to calculate the index score of comprehensive soft resources and all kinds of soft resources in nine regions of Fujian province from 2011 to 2013.Based on these,the empirical study showed that the level of soft resources and urbanization in Fujian province was positively correlated.And the correlation coefficient increased year by year.The coupling of soft resources and urbanization was closer and closer.The results of the cluster analysis of the soft resource index in each region were consistent with those of the cluster analysis of urbanization rate.These results confirm some basic conclusions that the coupling relationship exists between soft resources and the development of urbanization in Fujian Province.And protection,development and utilization of soft resources will promote the development of new urbanization level.
