摘 要:建立了菜心中甲拌磷、水胺硫磷和丙溴磷3种有机磷农药的气相色谱快速测定方法。菜心样品经乙腈提取,选用DB-1701P(30 m×0.250 mm×0.25μm)毛细管柱色谱分离,FPD检测器检测。结果表明院3种有机磷农药在50~1 000 ng/L浓度范围内,均有良好的线性关系,相关系数不低于0.999 9,在14 min内完全分离;3种有机磷农药的加标回收率为81.1%~107.6%,相对标准偏差在(n=7)3.4%~9.8%之间。该方法适于菜心中3种有机磷农残的快速检测。A gas chromatography method was developed for the rapid determination of 3 organophosphorus pesticides residues,including phorate,isocarbophos and profenofos in flowering Chinese cabbage sample. The samples were extracted with acctoneitrile,then separated in a DB- 1701P (30 m×0.250 mm×0.25 μm)capillary column and detected with flame photometric detector (FPD). The results showed that the 3 organophosphorus pesticide's linearity were good ,their correlation coefficients not less than 0.999 9 in range of 50-1 0130 ng/L and they could be separated within the 14 min ;at the same time that the 3 organophosphorus pesticide's spiked recoveries ranged from 81.1% to 107.6% with RSD's (n=7)in the range of 3.4%-9.8%. The proposed method was suitable for fast detecting 3 organophosphorus pesticide in flowering Chinese cabbage.
