摘　　要：开展了狐狸脑炎活疫苗免疫效力试验,确定最小免疫剂量为1.0 m L(103.5TCID50/m L),免疫剂量1.0 m L(104.5TCID50/m L),免疫后180 d用强毒攻击均获得了100%保护,-20℃保存期为180 d。Test of protective efficacy of live vaccine of fox encephalitis was done in this study.The results showed that the minimum immune dose was 1.0 ml （103Sl＇CIDJmL ）, the immunizing dose was 1.0 mL （104^4.5TCID50/mL）, and immunity period was up to 180 days.The live vaccine could induce completely protection in foxes against lethal challenge with virulent strain.The shelf life of vaccine was 180 days at -20 ℃.
