摘　　要：传统实验教学模式不利于创新性人才的培养,创新性人才的培养呼唤高校实验教学的改革。以南华大学公共实验平台的建设为例说明公共实验平台的建设是推动传统实验教学改革和促进创新性人才培养的重要举措。The traditional experimental teaching mode is not conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents, and the cultivation of innovative talents calls for the reform of the experimental teaching. Taking University of South China as an example, this paper shows that the construction of public experimental teaching platform is an important measure to promote the reform of traditional experimental teaching and to promote the cultivation of innovative talents.
