摘  要:以苯酚为唯一碳源,在40℃条件下以焦化厂活性淤泥和城市污水处理厂活性淤泥为菌源进行高效菌株培养驯化,得到两株苯酚高效降解菌WX和JC,经生理生化鉴定及16Sr DNA测序确定WX为无色杆菌Achromobacter xylosoxidans NBRC 15126(T),JC为绿脓假单胞菌Pseudomonas aeruginosa LMG 1242T。经考察,溶液苯酚质量浓度不超过1 500 mg/L时两种菌96 h苯酚降解率均达到90%以上,苯酚质量浓度为2000 mg/L时JC及WX在96 h的降解率分别为43.17%、17.37%;两种菌最适生长条件:温度30-40℃、pH值范围6-8、摇床转速120 r/min、投菌量7%-16%;煤炭地下气化模拟废水经两种菌处理96 h后,废水中苯酚等酚类化合物含量均降为0。With phenol as the sole carbon source,two phenol degrading bacteria designed as WX,JC were isolated after activated sludge taming and culturing from coking plant and municipal waste water treatment plant,respectively. The WX and JC were identified as Achromobacter xylosoxidans NBRC 15126( T) and pseudomonas aeruginosa LMG 1242 Tby physiological and biochemical tests and 16 SrDNA sequence analysis. Then phenol degradation by WX and JC at 40 ℃ were conducted. The results shows that degradation rates of phenol by JC and WX after treatment for 96 h exceeded 90% with initial concentration less than 1500 mg / L,and reached 43. 17% and 17. 37% with phenol concentration of 1500 mg / L. Temperatures at 30 - 40 ℃,pH value 6 - 8,shaking rate of 120 r / min and 7% - 16% dosing quantity were found to be the optimum growth condition for phenol degrading bacteria. Phenols in wastewater produced from UCG model test could be completely degraded by WX and JC after treatment for 96 h.
