椎体骨质疏松性骨折经皮成形术后患者的社区康复指导

摘　　要：目的探讨椎体骨质疏松性骨折经皮椎体成形术出院后患者的社区康复指导。方法对2010年2月—2014年2月经皮椎体成形术临床有效出院的262例患者的社区康复阶段，采用药物、饮食及一般运动、腰背肌训练等多种手段，根据区组随机数字法分为A组（一般指导）、B组（专项指导），观察两组患者社区康复阶段的再疼痛、再骨折的发生率。结果患者社区康复阶段A组再疼痛（再骨折）26（6）例；B组再疼痛（再骨折）12（5）例，A、B两组比较再疼痛发生率差异有统计学意义（x2=5．54，P〈0．05）；再骨折发生率，差异无统计学意义（x2=0．07，P〉0．05）。结论经皮椎体成形术出院后患者的康复专项指导是充分发挥经皮椎体成形术疗效的重要保证，是整体护理模式的重要组成部分。Objective To explore the community rehabilitation guidance for patients of vertebral osteoporosis fracture after percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods The study collected 262 cases of osteoporotic fracture patients in community rehabilitation Stage after PVP who leaved hospital from February 2010 to February 2014. Using the methods of drugs, diet, common exercise and systematic back muscle exercise. According to block random number method, the participants were divided into two groups： group A, （general guidance） and group B （specialized guidance）. The incidence of the pain relapse and the fracture relapse would be observed. Results In group A, the incidence of pain relapse were 26 cases and fracture relapse were 6 cases; in group B, the incidence of pain relapse were 12 eases and fracture relapse were 5 cases. The differences of the incidence in pain relapse between two groups had statistical significance （ X2 = 5.54, P 〈 0.05 ）, but the incidence of fracture relapse had no statistical difference （ X2 = 0.07, P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusions The community rehabilitation nursing is an important stage of holistie nursing mode and a guarantee to fully play the curative effect on the percutaneous vertebroplasty.
