我国延续护理文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的系统分析我国延续护理的文献现状及存在的问题。方法以“连续护理／延续护理／连续性护理”为主题词，通过检索CBMdise和CNKI，对检索到的文献应用文献计量学进行统计和分析。结果检出文献252篇。国内1999年发表首篇延续护理文献，2007年后逐年增长。发文量以广东、江苏、北京、湖南、天津5省较高；72．62％的文献为实践报告；研究主题前3位依次为心血管科21．31％，脑系科16．94％，内分泌科10．93％；核心期刊共6种，累积载文量34．52％，但文献合作度为1．43，合作率为32．14％。结论我国开展延续护理时间不长，近年发展较快，但各地区发展不平衡；延续护理的临床应用范围日益广泛，研究热点越来越多，并趋向于高质量的研究方法；获取相关文献的核心期刊较多，但该领域核心作者尚未形成。Objective To systematically analyzed the review situations and existed problems of continuing care in China. Methods The bibliometrics analysis was carried on articles related with continuing care/continuum of care/continuing care which were from two databases CBMdisk and CNKI by the keywords. Results A total of 252 articles were found out from the two databases. The first article was published in 1999, and they began to develop increasingly yearly after 2007; The first five regions of the high outgoing message quantity were Guangdong, Jiangsu, Beijing, Hu＇nan and Tianjin. 72.62% of 252 articles were about clinical practice reports on continuing care; the first three contents of research were cardiology （21. 31%）, endocrinology （ 16.94% ） and neurology （ 10.93% ） ; the core periodical included 6 kinds of journals, whose cumulative article quantity accounted for 34.52%, unfortunately the literature collaboration degree was 1.43, and rate of cooperation was 32.14%. Conclusions continuing care is not carried out long in China, and it is developed rapidly recently but unevenly in different regions; with the wide range of application, there are more and more research focus, and researchers tended to use high-quality research method; although there are much more core periodicals relative to continuance of care, the researching team has not been formed completely.
