摘　　要：胰岛素泵（CSII）是一种模拟人体生理胰岛素分泌模式的装置，作为一种强化糖尿病治疗的先进手段在全世界广泛使用，对控制糖尿病患者的血糖以及预防或延缓并发症具有显著的效果。而其在临床应用上的正确、合理的护理显得尤为重要。本文就胰岛素泵在临床应用的护理进展进行了综述。Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion （CSII） is an equipment simulating human physiological insulin secretion. It has been world widely used as an advanced method to enhance the effects of treatment for diabetes, and has significant effects on controlling blood glucose level and preventing or postponing the onset of complications. Therefore, the appropriate utilization and the reasonable nursing care in clinic are extremely critical. This review will summarize the clinical application and the development of nursing care of the CSII.
