摘　　要：民族自治地方服务型政府建设,对于强化民族自治地方政府提供公共服务能力,营造公民满意的行政环境,促进民族自治地方经济、政治、文化、社会和生态的发展有着重要的推动作用。我国民族自治地方服务型政府的建设当前还存在一定的问题,必须通过立足顾客导向、推动理念创新,转变政府职能、推动制度创新,提高政府效能、推动方法创新,构建多元主体、加大公民参与等理念、制度、政策和方法来推动民族自治地方服务型政府的建设。Building service-oriented government in ethnic autonomous regions has an important role in strengthening the national autonomous local governments＇ public service ability,creating citizen＇s satisfied administrative environment and promoting local economic,political,cultural,social and ecological development. There are still some problems in service-oriented government construction in autonomous regions. It must be solved through customer-oriented basis, promoting concept innovation, transforming government functions, promoting institutional innovation,improving government efficiency,promoting approaches innovation and building multiple subjects and increasing citizen＇s participation and other concepts,systems,policies and practices to promote the construction of service-oriented government in ethnic autonomous areas.
