摘  要:采用钨极氩弧焊工艺,以ER2209焊丝为填充金属,对10 mm厚的S31083双相不锈钢板进行焊接,测试了焊接接头的硬度、拉伸性能和低温冲击韧性。结果表明,在拟定的焊接工艺参数下,S31083双相不锈钢可以获得良好的焊接接头,焊缝和热影响区的抗拉强度高于母材,但热影响区低温冲击韧性低于母材和焊缝。Gas metal arc welding of 10 mm thick S31083 duplex stainless steel plates was conducted by using ER2209 wire.The hardness, tensile properties and low-temperature impact toughness of welded joints were measured. The analysis results indicate that the welded joints achieve good mechanical properties under proposed welding parameters. The hardness of the weld metal is the highest in welded joints; the tensile strength of weld metal and heat affected zone is higher than that of base metal, but the low-temperature impact toughness of heat affected zone is lower than that of the base metal and weld metal.
