摘 要:试验研究了可再分散乳胶粉的加入量在0.2%-1.8%范围内变化时,其对粉煤灰铸造涂料的密度、悬浮性、条件粘度、渗透性、涂层耐磨性和暴热抗裂纹性等的影响。结果显示:随着涂料中可再分散乳胶粉量的增加,悬浮性先增加,后趋于平缓;粘度逐渐增加,涂层耐磨性变好,但是涂料的渗透性和暴热抗裂纹性逐渐变差。The effects of Dispersible polymer powder content, when its content increased slowly from 0.1% to 2.0%, on the properties of ash coating such as density,suspend property, conditional viscidity, penetration,leveling resistance and high temperature crack resistance, etc were studied. The results show that with the increase of dispersible polymer powder content,the suspend property first improves, then levels. The viscidity of the coating increases. The leveling resistance increases, but the penetration deteriorates and high temperature crack resistance deteriorate gradually.
