摘  要:为了提高铅锡青铜与钢双金属的结合强度,研究了不同加入量的稀土元素和磷以及浇注温度对铅锡青铜组织及性能的影响。结果表明:在铅锡青铜中加入微量的稀土元素和磷能显著提高其抗拉强度和耐磨性,并可有效细化组织,改善性能。在浇注温度为1250℃、镧铈稀土含量为0.2%、P含量为0.5%时,铅锡青铜的抗拉强度达到192MPa。In order to improve the bonding strength of lead-tin bronze and steel bimetal, the effects of different addition amounts of rare earth elements and phosphorus and pouring temperature on microstructure and properties of lead-tin bronze were studied. The results show that adding trace amounts of rare earth elements and phosphorus in lead-tin bronze can significantly improve the tensile strength and abrasion resistance, and effectively refine the microstructure and improve performance. When pouring temperature is 1250℃, cerium and lanthanum rare earth content is 0.2%, and the content of P is0.5%, the tensile strength of lead-tin bronze reaches 192 MPa.
