摘  要:针对易切削黄铜连续挤压成形过程中存在变形抗力大、模具磨损严重等问题,以HPb59-1黄铜为例,基于Deform-3D软件,对其成形过程中模具磨损进行了数值模拟,得到了连续挤压过程中坯料的应力应变、速度和温度分布。结果表明,在模具口处的磨损最为严重。结果能为分析连续挤压模具寿命提供依据。Aiming at the problems of large deformation resistance and serious die wear in the process of continuous extrusion for easy cutting brass, taking HPb59-1 brass as an example, the die wear in its forming process was numerically simulated based on Deform-3D software. The distributions of stress-strain, velocity and temperature of the blank during continuous extrusion were obtained. The results show that wear at the die exit is the most serious. The results can provide the basis for the analysis of continuous extrusion die life.
