摘  要:研究了100 t DC电炉冶炼-100 t LF精炼-100 t VD精练-保护浇铸-控轧控冷工艺生产的微合金化38B3钢棒材的力学性能、组织和夹杂物。结果表明,微合金化钢的抗拉强度≥700 MPa、屈服强度≥425 MPa、硬度≥215 HB、伸长率≥21%、断面收缩率≥32%;该钢组织为珠光体+铁素体,晶粒度为7-8级;钢中主要夹杂物为Mn S和Ti4C2S2;钢的强度增加主要是Ti N细晶强化及相变强化共同作用引起的。本研究为轿车零部件用钛微合金化钢的进一步推广作了有益尝试。The mechanical property, microstructure and inclusion of microalloyed 38B3 steel bar produced by 100 t DC electric furnace smelting- 100 t LF- 100 t VD refining-shielding casting-controlled rolling and cooling process were studied.The results show that, for microalloyed 38B3 steel, the tensile strength is equal or greater than 700 MPa, the yield strength is equal or greater than 425 MPa, the hardness is equal or greater than 215 HB, the elongation is equal or greater than 21%, and the reduction of area is equal or greater than 32%; the microstructure of the steel is pearlite and ferrite, which grain size is 7-8grade; the main inclusions in steel are Mn S and Ti4C2S2; the increment of strength of the steel is mainly caused by fine-grain strengthening of Ti N and phase transformation strengthening. The research is beneficial attempt for further promotion of titanium microalloyed steel for the components and parts of a car.
