摘  要:对带直弯的连接轴的锻造成形进行了工艺分析。使用Deform-3D有限元软件对其弯曲镦锻成形工艺进行了模拟,发现可能存在的锻造缺陷。通过优化工艺参数以及坯料形状,获得了金属流动、应力应变分布等,确定了最优坯料及弯曲镦锻工艺参数。其结果是消除了锻造缺陷,提高了材料利用率。The forging forming of connecting shaft with right angle was analyzed. The bending-upsetting forging process was simulated by using finite element software Deform-3D. The potential forging defects were found. The metal flow and the distribution of stress and strain were acquired by optimizing process parameters and the shape of blanks. The optimal blank and bending-upsetting forging process parameters were confirmed. The results are that material utilization is increased, and the forging defects are eliminated.
