摘　　要：在摩擦压力机上锻造饼块类锻件时只能采用单型腔模锻。根据这个特点制定了在自由锻锤上胎模锻制坯、摩擦压力机闭式模锻成形的工艺,实现了法兰盘锻件的闭式模锻,获得了力学性能和几何尺寸优于开式模锻的锻件,同时也降低了材料消耗。During forging cake forgings on the friction press, it can only be used a single cavity die forging. According to this characteristic, the processes about the loose tooling forging perform on the flat-die hammer and closed die forging forming on the friction press were constituted. The closed die forging of flange plate forging was realized. That the mechanical properties and geometry size was better than those of the open die forging forgings was obtained. At the same time, the material consumption was also reduced.
