摘  要:研究了退火和激光冲击处理对Q460低合金高强钢焊接接头残余应力及力学性能的影响。对焊件分别采取250、500℃退火及激光冲击后,利用盲孔法测出焊接接头的残余应力分别下降了153、237及275 MPa;激光冲击与退火处理方法相比,激光冲击产生的弥散分布的马氏体组织,更能提高焊接接头的硬度;经过500℃退火的焊接接头的抗拉强度提高了53 MPa,其焊缝冲击功及热影响区冲击功比未经处理的分别提高了9和12 J。The influence of annealing and laser shock processing on residual stress and mechanical property of Q460 high strength steel welded joints was investigated. After annealing at 250℃, 500℃ and laser shock processing, residual stress of welded joints separately reduced 153 MPa, 237 MPa and 275 MPa tested by hole-drilling strain-gage method. Comparing laser shock processing with annealing, laser shock processing can generate dispersed martensite that will effectively increase hardness of the welded joints. Annealing at 500℃ can increase tensile strength of the welded joints by 53 MPa, and also increase impact energy of weld zone and heat affected zone by 9J and 12 J separately,compared with untreated welded samples.
