浅谈康复治疗专业实验室的建设与管理

摘　　要：康复治疗学是一门培养适应医院康复治疗的应用型专门技术人才的学科,实验教学对专业技能的培养具有重要的意义。在康复治疗专业的建设和发展中,不仅要建立实现教学目标的专业实验室,而且要对实验室进行现代化、规范化的科学管理,持续加强实验室的硬件设施和内涵建设,提高实验教学质量和水平;同时要加大实验室开放的力度,有效提高专业实验室利用率,提升学生自主创新精神,实现培养符合国内专业人才需求标准的、高素质的康复治疗高级专门技术人才。Rehabilitation therapy is the subject of objecting to the training of hospital personnels required adaption to the application of rehabilitation specialized technics. Experiment teaching is particularly significant on the training of professional skills of rehabilitation therapy. In the construction and development of rehabilitation therapy profession,specialized laboratory should be built as the key step. And then normalized and scientific management of the laboratory,updating and strengthening the construction of laboratory connotation and basic facilities,and opening laboratory are effective methods to fully improve the level of experimental teaching. High quality experimental training will make the students to meet the domestic demands of professional technicians in the rehabilitation therapy speciality.
