摘 要:为提高气象资料传输质量统计的准确性、灵活性和自动化水平,利用C#语言设计研发了气象信息传输质量统计分析系统。本文在分析现有传输质量统计功能不足的基础上,介绍了系统架构和功能模块,重点介绍了开发中运用到的关键技术。该系统基于B/S三层架构,实现了对七大类气象资料传输质量统计,报障时间质量剔除、统计报表自动生成和统计结果信息图标展示交互等功能。系统投入运行以来,很大程度上提升了业务人员工作效率,并为业务管理人员了解传输质量提供了直接手段,有助于信息传输质量的提升。In order to improve the accuracy,flexibility and automation level of meteorological data transmission quality statistics,the meteorological information transmission quality statistical analysis system is designed and developed by use of C# language.Based on the analysis of the existing transmission quality on the lack of statistical function,this paper describes the system architecture and function modules and the key technologies.According to B/S three layers architecture,this system actualizes the seven kinds of meteorological data transmission quality statistics,the rejection of statistics in system error time and automating statistical reports and statistical results information chart display.The system greatly has enhanced the work efficiency and provided a direct means for the business managers to understand transmission quality and contributed to enhance the quality of information transmission since putting into operation.
